Attempt to save television industry .  The movie channels like HBO and star select are doing a favour to themselves and to the other tv channels who have lost their purpose in the name of professional earning through advertising.  HBO and star select  channels are offering movies with very less or sometimes add free.  The challenges to tv industry:  The Tv indistry is not thinkinkg of the mindset that a today's customer have.  The people are to much conscious of time and are intolerant towards the things they dont want to see.   The next challenge is Amazon.  Yes amazon prime video unless dishtv and others dont realize the threat like amazon which gives exactly what customer wants and that too add free.   Further cost, with reduced costs of 4G internet services Tv and internet are going to be of same price a day. It's apparent. 

I tried to find about old cricketers from Australia, Africa and some other countries. It's really difficult to Know many of them at all. Most of them are doing something other than cricket with their lives. But if we tried to look for Indian cricketer (actually we don't have to, they are there shouting in TV adds and some function or launch of a mall at bus stop of our city). They are asking our kids to drink pure water, they are suggesting us to use perfumes and other stuffs. And a majority of them are doing commentary at whatever place they get a chair to seat on, that can be a tv program or tv live telecast or twitting on Twitter or actually on ground.   Take for example Ravi shashtri, I see that guy since my childhood to be doing commentary. And now he is being made into a coach.
