Reading needs courage, people say we dont have time to read. The content focuses on reading by western and other courageous world. India and many other have left reading since long.. not in context.   let us think this way, What is reading - an individual's attempt to get into someones mind and see the things as they are from his/her perspective. For step up to another step what you need is a firm step alread being stood on right? The graph is hypothetical* so an unstable mind with so much going and moving will not serve the purpose. Hence, for reading what is the most fundamental thing recuired? its a peaceful mind, mind with firm and calm state. A fearful mind with anxiety and depression cant ready  at all.
